WHO HAS ACCESS TO THE DATA
Only in the Solheimen conference hotel has access to the personal information. We never sell the information to third parties. Information required for invoicing and accounting is sent to the accountant associated with Solheimen konferansehotell AS.
WHEN LONG WEAR DATA?
If you have a widow relationship with us, we will keep your personal information as long as the relationship lasts. If we see that we can have a genuine cooperative interest at a later date, we will keep your information also after terminated customer relationships.
By signing up for a newsletter, the email address will be stored in the MailChimp service as long as you open our newsletter on a regular basis. The e-mail address will be automatically deleted if you do not open the e-mail for a long time, or if your e-mail address no longer works. You can at any time enter and change your preferences or opt out of the newsletter via a link in the mail. Contact us if you wish to sign up, but do not get it by yourself. Then your email will be deleted from the system and we will no longer be able to associate single events like opening mail and clicking link to you as a person.
